I don't see a product online. Is it still available?
If you don't see a product online, it's either sold out or not yet available. Check our blog for new and upcoming poster additions.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. 
Poster orders are shipped rolled in sturdy mailing tube, professionally packed. We do not ship posters flat.
All record orders ship flat in a sturdy record mailer. Shipping costs for record orders can not be combined with poster orders.
All original ink orders ship flat. Shipping costs for original ink orders can not be combined with poster orders.

Can you combine shipping costs?
Yes, we can combine shipping costs on posters. Unfortuantely we can not combine shipping costs for poster orders with original inks or records.

What are the dimensions of the posters?
All poster sizes are approximate. If you are planning on framing a poster and need an exact size, we suggest waiting until you receive the order before ordering a frame.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to issues in the past with posters being damaged in the return process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Double check all items prior to submitting the order. 
 
What should I do with an order damaged in shipping?
If there was damage in transit, you may file a claim. Please note that you will probably have to forfeit the damaged portion of the order to your local branch of the Post Office as part of their claim process. They may also need the original mailing tube or box. Because of this, we cannot file the claim for you. 

Do you wholesale?
Due to the limted quantity of posters, we do not wholesale posters.
